College life is filled with lots of adventures and exciting experiences! At this point in life with all the wonderful lectures, hangouts with friends and all, it's important not to neglect the part where we need to care for our health and general looks. This means not making these common mistakes among college girls.
Not drinking enough water
Taking few glasses of water daily or not taking enough water before and after meals dehydrated the body. It is important you drink 8-10 glasses of water per day in order to ensure your body and skin stays hydrated always.
Not getting enough sleep
It's important you get your beauty sleep every night, while you sleep your skin cells gets repaired and you're bound to wake up the following morning feeling refreshed. Therefore, make it a point of duty to get at least 8hrs of sleep every night; also ensure you make use of satin bedding that won't strip your hair and skin of moisture.
Popping your zits
The urge to squeeze the zits on your face might be overwhelming but tell you what? Popping your zits doesn't make them go away instead it results into inflammation and scarring of your skin. Get your hands off your face already!
Lack of proper exercise
Do you want a perfectly toned body? Then you should haul your ass out of bed every morning for some exercise. A simple jog, short run, even 30 minutes walking will get your juices flowing again! Regular exercise is equivalent to healthy body and skin!
