Period Side Effect For Girls

Sometimes having your period can be a pain — literally. Most girls have to deal with PMS, cramps, or headaches around the time of their periods. These problems are usually normal and nothing to worry about.
Here are the facts on which period problems are common and normal — and which ones might indicate there’s something else going on.
What Is PMS?
Premenstrual syndrome (PMS) is the term for the physical and emotional symptoms that many girls and women get right before their periods begin each month. If you have PMS, you might experience:
acne
bloating
being very tired
backaches
sore breasts
headaches
constipation
diarrhea
food cravings
depression or feeling blue
irritability
mood swings
difficulty concentrating
problems handling stress
feeling tense
trouble sleeping
PMS is usually at its worst during the 1 to 2 weeks before a girl’s period starts, and it usually disappears when her period begins.

10 Things To Know About The Girl Who Says Yes To Everyone

I try to please everyone I can because I hate the look of disappoint on someone's face. It sends chills to my core, and with everything in me, I can't shake the feeling of knowing I let another person down. But just like the people I say yes to, we all have a story.
10 Things You Need To Know About The Girl Who Always Says Yes
1.) Sometimes she just wants someone to say yes to her.
I don't normally expect things in return. Every one in awhile though, I can't tell you I don't hope to hear a yes. Yes, I can help you... or
Yes, I'll take care of it. It surely would be quite the thing to hear after always hearing requests.
2.) The people always saying yes, normally have the highest amount of anxiety.
I think this is a big one because personally, it couldn't be more accurate to my story. I fear saying no will make other people think less of me. Meanwhile I can't count how many favors I have done for those I worry about thinking negatively of me. That's the thing about people who always do for others, that's ultimately all they truly care about.
3.) Sometimes she wants to say no
Read her. Read me. Read them. Whoever you are constantly asking the favors to, just look at their face. See if they're okay too. Maybe right now isn't the best time to be asking for another favor. Maybe she wants you to say no for her.
4.) We're tired.
Tired of saying yes. Tired of feeling like the end result of our helping is just to be asked another favor the very next day. We're just tired of feeling used.
5.) We want to know you're there for us too
I do a lot of favors for a lot of people. Not because I expect something in return, but I want to know that I have someone in my life who would do for me all I do for them. It's nice to know you can rely on someone, and another soul has your best interest in mind. So when I do these favors, I'm not expecting some done in return, I'm more just
hoping the person I'm doing the favors for, would bend over backwards for me, like I would them.
6.) The girl who is always saying yes, is often insecure
I have struggled with my own insecurities since I was very young. Sometimes it helps me to help others because I know that at least there is one thing I'm doing right in this world. If other people can see that too, maybe I'll get somewhere.
7.) It's not easy for us to say no
Sometimes I get asked- "Why don't you just say no? You're allowed to! It's your own fault you have so many obligations." Saying no to people is the same way someone with test anxiety feels about taking a test or how the anorexic girl feels about eating. I'm afraid to say no, and I'm not good at. It takes a lot more for me to say no, than it does for me to say yes. So maybe I do result to the easier solution, but don't we all sometimes?
8.) She cries too
We have real life problems. Some that seem so big we couldn't possibly handle it on our own. Notice we didn't come to you expecting you'd say yes, but instead we handled it ourselves knowing no one would care if we didn't. We cry, just like you. Life gets to be more than we can handle, but where is our person who always says yes? Oh right, we are that person.
9.) You're not the only person she is saying yes to.
Understand this because not many do. If you're constantly asking the same person for favors (who you know will never refuse) she probably also is saying yes to others. Making her plate all the more full. Sometimes, it's all about perspective.
10.) One day we won't say yes.
One day I will be more secure and comfortable with myself to allow the words "no" to exit my mouth. And she will too. You'll have to find someone else to ask then because we'll be too content to always say yes.

A look at the weddings of Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, LeBron James, and more highly successful people

Some couples, like Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, took the low-key route. Others, like Bill and Melinda Gates, threw huge bashes.

Bill Gates reportedly booked all of the helicopters on the island of Maui during his wedding, to prevent unwanted guests from flying over.

• While you can't read into a marriage from a wedding, it's fun to take a look back at the days that marked the begin of married life.

• Some couples, like Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen, took the low-key route. Others, like Bill and Melinda Gates, threw huge bashes.

No two weddings are exactly alike. Couples tend to throw events that match their personalities, tastes, and budget.

So it's not surprising that there's quite a range of wedding styles, even among some of the most successful people in the world. Some couples went for more modest, intimate affairs, while others opted for massive celebrations.

Here's a look at the weddings of some of the most successful couples out there:

December 22, 2017 – 15-Year-Old Underage Housewife Pregnant For Another Man Murders Husband With Poison 2 Weeks After Wedding Becasue He Was Deformed By Ghastly Accident In Katsina
A housewife in Katsina, 15 years old, Dausiya Abdulmumini has murdered her husband, Saminu Usman, 27-years and her half brother, Muhammad Dasa after adding an allegedly poisoned substance in the dish she served her husband.
However, Dausiya’s Sister-In-Law, Shafa’atu Usman, 23 years old who ate three spoons of the poisoned dish, luckily survived the incident as she was said to have been rushed to the hospital where she was treated and later discharged.
The Katsina State Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, DSP Gambo Isah who confirmed the incident to Vanguard Saturday, said it happened in Ungwar Dan Mayaki village in Bakori Local government area of the state. DSP Isah further said the husband and her half brother, Dasa, who unknowingly ate the left over of the poisoned food from the husband could not survived it as they were said to be brought into the hospital dead.
The PPRO who said a Samaritan, name withheld reported the case at the Bakori Divisional police station, said it was a forceful marriage case where the housewife, Dausiya was initially in love with her husband and suddenly felt she doesn’t love him again after he had had an accident (two weeks after their wedding) leading to his deformity – limping while walking and had also lost almost all of his teeths.
Again, DSP Isah noted that she (Dausiya) was said to be carrying a pregnancy belonging to another man.
Information gathered reveals that Dausiya’s parents were both dead, but before her daddy’s death he had willed her hand in marriage for Saminu Usman which led to her Uncle’s (Waasia) decision to follow the deceased father’s laid down instruction to marry her out to the deceased husband, Saminu.
The Police Public Relations Officer says the housewife, Dausiya is in the police costudy in Bakori and would be charged for culpable homicide and other charges. DSP Isah however said the incident happened on the 18th

Christmas is said to be the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, yet not all Churches participates in this particular tradition.

Here are the denominations that don't celebrate Christmas and why they avoid it.

Jevohah’s Witness

This religious organisation is one of the biggest group of Christmas-shunners. The interesting thing is that they were not always this way. Once upon a time, Jehovah’s Witnesses used to observe Christmas. This was until 1928, after further study by one official.

Jehovah’s Witnesses used to observe Christmas until 1928.  (oocities)

According to spokesman J.R. Brown from the church’s Brooklyn, New York, headquarters, this official’s findings led to the church dropping the holiday.

The official found that this is based on“false religious beliefs or activities.” Deseret News reports that this is explained in  a 1993 book, “Jehovah’s Witnesses — Proclaimers of God’s Kingdom.”

Still, it took a while for everyone to get on board with the new tradition of no longer celebrating Christmas.

Brown says after the group “cast aside religious teachings that had pagan roots, they also quit sharing in many customs that were similarly tainted. But for a time, certain holidays were not given the careful scrutiny that they needed. One of these was Christmas.”

The major reason why they do not celebrate it because they believe the Bible would have said something if Christmas observance was important, however, they do not prevent others from honouring the day.

In Brown’s words, Witnesses now ask themselves “does this please God, when it is not mentioned in the scriptures?”

Jehovah's Witness don't celebrate Christmas  (defendingjehovahswitnesses)

How Witnesses now approach the holiday

Brown says, “If someone is dealing with you and they say, ‘Merry Christmas,’ we do not go into a sermon about the pagan origins.

“You don’t make an issue of it every time because we have to face the fact that they mean well when they say ‘Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.’

“We will say this is the time of year many people are actually thinking about Jesus Christ. Did you take notice of what he put their emphasis on in his life?”

Brown adds, “I personally go out. I’m 74, and I’ve done this since I was 4 years old.”

Birthdays, Halloween, Easter, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Day, and Valentine's Day are also shunned because of their pagan origins.

Seventh Day Adventist Church

Like Jehovah’s Witnesses, this church is also against the celebration of Christmas.

A publication from the group that goes to church on Saturdays, the Jewish Sabbath day, not Sunday reads: “We do not celebrate Christmas as the Birth of Christ per say since Christ was not born in Dec.

“He did not want us to celebrate His birth or He would have told us when He was born. It has become a money-making celebration with Christ mixed in. It is a pagan ritual.

“We join in to be with the Family or friends to celebrate their friendship and love as a family gathering and for the Children. Easter too is a pagan holiday and we do not celebrate the Name but we honour Christ’s Resurrection and keep the day in mind on what He has done for us. We do not make an issue out of it but quietly honour Christ….it’s a gathering also for the Children. It is a personal Choice.”

Deeper Life

A few years ago, Pastor W.F. Kumuyi, the head of Deeper Life Bible Church announced to his members and the world that his church does not celebrate the popular holiday.

Explaining why at the 2013 December retreat, he said: “We don’t celebrate Christmas nor sing Christmas carol; because Christmas is of idolatrous background.”

God’s Kingdom Society (GKS)

This is another church that is anti-Christmas. According to the church’s official website, they believe that there is no single evidence in the Bible that Jesus Christ was born on the 25th of December.

Rather, they believe that He was born in October and that Christmas originated from “a noisy pagan festival in honour of the god of the sun”.

While other Christians celebrate Christmas in December, this church celebrates the birth anniversary of Jesus Christ in October. This is done with something called the Freedom Day.

The church was started by St. Gideon Meriodere Urhobo in 1934 after leaving Jehovah’s Witnesses. He lived from 1903–1952. The headquarters can be found in Warri.

Religious Society of Friends

There is a religious group called the Religious Society of Friends, also known as Quakers.

This church believes that “every day is a holy day,” so there is no need to single out just one day to celebrate.

Another reason why they do not celebrate Christmas is that some Quakers are trying to go back to the ways of early Christianity.

Chris Pifer, a spokesman for the Friends General Conference, says, “There’s an effort within aspects of Quaker practice to try and explore and find primitive Christianity, the church before it became a political entity.

“In very early Christianity, there weren’t holidays like Christmas anywhere close to the form it is today.”

Wikipedia reports that 52% of the group around the world can be Africa. Kenya reportedly has the largest number of Quakers in this continent.

According to the church’s website, fwccafrica.org, the Nigerian branch started as a small worship group in Lagos in the early 1990’s.

Fun Fact -  Mountain of Fire Ministries (MFM) don’t celebrate Christmas too. According to the founder, Pastor D.K. Olukoya, “We don’t celebrate Christmas because the root is demonic.”

Regardless of what these churches believe, billions of Christians around the world continue to mark Christ’s birthday on December 25 each year.

10 Dressing Mistakes Men Make That Makes Them Look A Mess

Being in style is not something you need to spend a fortune on, knowing how to go about it is what makes you stand out.

You can buy a cheap attire and wear it expensively based on your style but unfortunately, most men think they are stylish and so do not need advice from anyone but when a stylist walks into a room, everyone can tell he looks different from all the other men.

You might see yourself as being stylish but you could be making a lot of mistakes with the way you dress and it is pretty common among a lot of men.

Here are 10 dressing bloopers that make men look a mess.

1. Tucking up your shirt sleeves.

It is common these days to see men tuck up their long sleeves all the way up but what they probably do not know is that it makes them look childish and cheap. It also at some point, rolls down and looks messy.

You can still tuck your long sleeves but you need to do it properly and in style. Instead of folding it all the way up and making it look crumple and not even and unprofessional, you can tuck it up by unbuttoning your shirt, roll your sleeves up to your elbow and from the base of the rolled sleeves, roll it over again and keep it like that.

2. Muffin Tops.

Muffin top is when men dress and their tucked in shirts seem to have pulled out of their trousers, creating a muffin top at their waistline when in fact, the shirt should be tucked in properly.

This is pretty common these days and it is because we don’t tuck in our shirts properly. Muffin tops make you look unprofessional and sluggish. So men intentionally do this after tucking in thinking it is the best but truth is, it makes you look cheap and unkempt. Others just don’t know how to properly tuck in a shirt. If you really want to solve that problem, then you need to tuck in properly. You can try the militarytuck in.

3. Wearing Sunglasses And A Hat Indoors Or At Night.

Doing this clearly defines who you are, that you’re not courteous or lack etiquette.

Usually, doing this defeats the purpose of the hats and sunglasses. Sunglasses and hats are usually worn to block sun rays or to provide shade and so wearing them in the night or indoors clearly makes us want to ask the question, “What do you need that for?”

4. Wearing Winter Jackets In The Hot Sun.

This is very common among Ghanaian rappers or hiplife artists. The fact that you want to emulate American rappers does not mean you should dress like them. The way you see them dress is because of their weather, you can’t be wearing same here in this hot sun. Truth is, in a weather like ours, you need to take off your jacket because man is definitely hot.

5. The Perception That Leather ShoesAre Only Meant For Suits And Ties.

A lot of men find it uncomfortable wearing leather shoes with jeans and a polo T-shirt because they feel it is inappropriate but the truth is, they are not.

Not wearing leather shoes over some jeans only limits your style. They can be worn with jeans or even with shorts if you want to. So for the records, leather shoes are not only for boardroom meetings.

6. Wearing Only Sneakers.

Alright, we get it, you want to look hippy and stylish all the time but wearing only sneakers all the time limits your style. There are a lot of other shoes out there you can wear to look dashing such as loafers, chukka boots, chelsea boots etc. that can diversify your look and make you look better.

7. Wearing Leather Shoes Without Socks.

Wearing shoes without socks not only makes them smell bad, it also gives you blisters and makes you feel uncomfortable and this affects your walking and posture. And oh! when you take off your shoes, even flies run for shelter. It is quite embarrassing to be well dressed but when you take off your shoes, it stinks bad. To save yourself the disgrace, always wear your socks.

8. Knowing When To Tuck In And When Not To Tuck In.

Shirts these days basically communicate with you and can tell you whether you should tuck in or not, but if you don’t know the features, you’re likely to tuck in shirts you’re not supposed to and rather not tuck in shirts you’re supposed to.

So how do you tell if you have to tuck in or not? If the shirt is long and passes the length of your wrist, then it is a sign you should tuck in. But if the shirt is shorter and above your wrist, then it means you don’t need to tuck it in. Simple as that.

9. Floppy Collar.

If you’re wearing a suit without a tie on your shirt, it is not good to let your collar lie flat, it is better to let it stand straight. To achieve this, make sure you button the collar buttons, the small buttons that keep your tie in place and let it stand stiff. This makes it look professional even without the tie.

10. Not Dressing For The Occasion.

Some men are just poor at dressing for the occasion, they feel that’s how they dress and so that defines who they are and so nobody can tell them what to wear. Truth is, nobody cares about what you wear, it is the occasion that determines what to wear. You can’t go to the beach in a suit and tie, the same way you can’t go to an interview in a soccer jersey. Learn to dress for the occasion, it speaks loads about you.

Men Without Beards Look Like Women, Can Cause Indecent Thoughts In Other Men – Islamic Cleric Blows Hot

An Islamic cleric has condemned men who don’t wear beards, insisting that they look like women and can cause indecent thought in other men.

Murat Bayaral, a popular preacher in Turkey has said that men should grow beards to make clear they are not women.

According to Hurriyet Daily News, the Islamic speaker spoke on Fatih Medreseleri this weekend, slamming men without beards.

He said: ‘Men should grow beards. One of the two body parts that separate men from women is the beard,’ Bayaral said, according to Hurriyet Daily News.

‘You could be possessed by indecent thoughts’: Murat Bayaral made the inflammatory comments on television on Saturday

‘For example, if you see a man with long hair from afar you may think he is a woman if he does not have a beard. Because nowadays women and men dress similarly.

‘God forbid! You could be possessed by indecent thoughts.’

The criticism of beardless men has brought backlash.

Magdalena Kirchner, who is a fellow at the Istanbul Policy Center, said that outbursts like Bayaral’s are not uncommon. ‘Turkish debates on piety and modesty reoccur frequently,’ she told Newsweek.

Kirchner went on to add that Bayaral’s beliefs revealed the Turkish Government’s desire to manufacture a ‘bottom-up pressure against [a secular] way of life without having to impose legal constraints.’

Nassim Abdi, from Sydney, made headlines in October when he slammed parents for letting their children listen to music in the car, and dance when at home.

He said: ‘The parents encourage them to listen to music and to dance and to make videos and to make a joke out of it and to make fun out of it and to post it online.

‘What is going to be bred into the heart of this child: the love of the Koran or the love of music?’

Another preacher from Sydney, Umm Jamaal ud-Din, criticised women who choose to pluck their eyebrows.

She said it was sinful, or haram, for women to pluck their eyebrows, even if they believed it was hygienic.

‘What do the girls say? ‘I’m just cleaning, I’m not plucking I’m cleaning.’

‘That sounds great, doesn’t it?

‘Clean shaven. Sounds great but it’s haram. Names of things don’t change the reality.’

2 Siblings Vanish Without A Trace And 3 Years Later They Show Up On Grieving Dad’s Doorstep

am

Life changed in a horrific instant for a dedicated father named Harry Speath. In December 2014, Harry Speath tried to pick his two kids up from their school in Brisbane, Australia. But five-year-old Serena and four-year-old Thomas never walked through the gates.

In fact, the school said Serena and Thomas hadn’t been to class in days.

Thus began a tireless and gut-wrenching search for the pair of missing siblings. The last time Harry saw Serena and Thomas, they were with their mother — his ex-wife. He feared she took them to Europe and vanished.

Harry spent a fortune on finding his babies. He hired a team of professionals and flew all over the world. But Serena and Thomas weren’t enrolled in any new schools across the state and their Medicare cards hadn’t been used.

He never gave up hope.

Nearly three years passed, and still no sign of the children. Then in May 2017, age progression experts published new photo manipulations to show what Serena and Thomas would look like. The images helped to intensify the search.

Seven months later, the case took a stunning turn…

In December 2014, Harry Speath arrived at his ex-wife’s home to pick up their two kids, per their arranged custody agreement. But no one answered the door.

The next day, Harry went to the children’s school in Brisbane, Australia, hoping to pick them up.

But five-year-old Serena and four-year-old Thomas never walked through the school gates.

Much to Harry’s horror, the school said Serena and Thomas hadn’t been to class in days.

Thus began three gut-wrenching years as Harry worked closely and tirelessly alongside police to find his missing children and their mother, his former partner with who he was estranged.

The investigation led to many false tips and frustrating setbacks.

Harry initially feared the kids’ mother took them to Europe, since she holds dual-citizenship in the United Kingdom.

What made things even more confusing and troubling was the fact Serena and Thomas were not enrolled in any school across the state.

Plus, their Medicare cards had not been used. It was as if Serena and Thomas disappeared into thin air.

But Harry — now 61 years old — refused to give up hope.

He utilized whatever resources he possibly could. He spent his money on lawyers, private investigators and child recovery specialists. He set up a Facebook page dedicated to finding his beloved Serena and Thomas. He shared his story with publications and news outlets.

Soon, Harry had garnered support from people all over the country.

In May 2017, age progression experts from the United States published updated photo sketches to show what Serena and Thomas would look like.

The widely-circulated images helped boost the investigation.

Three years had passed and search for the siblings grew even more intense.

As the 2017 holiday season approached, Harry took to Facebook with an emotional post dedicated to his children on the anniversary of their disappearance.

“Today I am reflecting on a monumental milestone in the time line since the abduction of my children by their mother. It is three years exactly since I’ve obtained any news as to their education, health, wellbeing and so many other things that any concerned parent takes for granted.

It’s been three sets of birthdays (both theirs and mine), Christmases, Easters, Father’s Days, three years worth of holidays, countless visits to their paternal grandmum, aunt and indeed their half brother’s visits from his overseas work assignments. In that time, none of us has had the normal family pleasures taken for granted by normal folks.”

“So what can I say to my children on this horrid anniversary? I guess all I can say is that I don’t know when I’ll see you guys. I hope it’s soon. I know you guys don’t know what all the above stuff is about, and I don’t expect you to — until you are much, much older.

In the meantime. I love you both very, very much.

I’m sending you guys many, many, many hugs & kisses across the miles between us, no matter how far.”

The story of the kids’ disappearance continued to be pushed out through the media.

Then one day in December 2017, Harry’s seemingly endless search had finally come to an end.

Australian Federal Police officers showed up at his doorstep with two early Christmas presents: his missing kids.

Serena and Thomas, now nine and eight, were found in the Sunshine Coast hinterland with their mother — nearly 100 miles from where they vanished.

Police say the siblings were “parentally abducted.”

While their mother appeared before the Federal Circuit Court of Australia, Harry reconnected with his kids. They’re now back together at home, rebuilding three years of missed memories.

How To Prosper After NYSC (What Next After NYSC?)

If you think life will be alot easier after NYSC POP, believe me that’s not always the case. Many Corps Members are not prepared for this next phase of life after NYSC.

There are just a handful of opportunities out there and you got many job seekers like you to compete with. So,With this in mind we have highlighted five (5) vital things you should do after NYSC POP.

Below are five important things you should after NYSC POP.
(1) Exchange Contacts with Others and keep in Touch:
It’s very common for most of us to get so drowned in the excitement of passing out. During your POP, don’t just pout your lips and take photos with your supposed Corper friends. Exchange phone numbers, emails and contacts with them and keep in touch afterwards. This way you can know what is going on in their lives and if there is any opportunity they may know which might be helpful to you.

(2) Create a Professional Profile:
I’ve come to realize that a lot of fresh graduates today underestimate the importance of a professionally drafted profile. First, prepare a professional linkedin profile, Prepare a good CV and Cover Letter and keep them handy. Always have a copy in your mail box and if possible in your phone. You never can tell where they will be needed. You don’t want to lose that mouth watering job in an Oil Company in Lagos just because you couldn’t provide your CV when needed.

(3) Network:
Leave your nest and start networking with other professionals. Go out for events and meet people. By events we don’t mean “night clubs”. Go out for seminars, workshops and meet your mentors. There is more chance to meet an important person in an event than just sitting at home facebooking..

(4) Announce yourself:
Except for you parents and siblings, most people really do not care what you are doing. You have to tell them yourself. Let them know you need a job. And if yours is business, be sure to announce your business or product everywhere you go.

(5) Start Small:
We know you have big dreams, you want to work in shell or chevron but you have to start from somewhere. Start with the 30k teaching job or the next available option. Starting small doesn’t make you small, it only makes you prepare for the big job ahead and also helps you increase your CV experience.

You want to start a business? Start small! Think big but start small. Start with the 50k you’ve saved from your allawee and grow. There is so much you learn when you start small and grow big.

Atiku opens chicken cottages across the country to create jobs and empower local farmers (Photos)

Former Vice President, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has spoken of plans  to develop Chicken Cottage Nigeria as a regional hub for all operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.

He said this  at the  commissioning a  Chicken cottage outlet, owned by him,  on Saturday in Abuja.

He promised to open more of the outlets in strategically important locations in Nigeria.

“Our target is to have at least One Chicken Cottage Restaurant in every state in Nigeria.

” Ultimately, we intend to develop Chicken Cottage Nigeria as the regional hub for all operations in Sub-Saharan Africa.

“Towards this end,  I have given approval to the management to commence talks with Chicken Cottage International.”

Abubakar expressed optimism that establishment of the cottage outlets in states would help reduce unemployment in the country.

“You can be sure that having at least one Chicken Cottage in every state will help get Nigerians working again.

“We will provide gainful employment to thousands of Nigerians who would be earning living wages which in turn contributes to reducing unemployment in Nigeria.”

He said that Chicken Cottage would also contribute to patronage of local farmers as the main raw materials for the products would be sourced locally.

This according to him include agricultural produce such as chicken, vegetables, potato, rice.

“My ultimate joy will be to patronise our local farmers and see them have their produce bought and used here in Nigeria and Africa,  thereby empowering them.
