Wake up early
2. Drink a glass of fresh water, adding lemon to the water if available will do your body a whole lot of good too.
3. Keep away your gadgets like smartphones, tablets, and other tech related products for the first 1 hour of your day after you wake up.
4. Think of positive things, your past achievements and everything you're grateful for.
5. Open your windows and curtains to receive sunlight and breathe in the fresh air.
6. Move your body, stretch It and do some exercise.
7. Have a healthy breakfast, with fruits and vegetables.
8. Say positive things about the day you're about start
9. Plan your day ahead, make a to-do list.
10. Forget about the previous day's mistakes and problems.
11. Read a book, it might be your Bible, Quran or any other religious books. You can also read motivational and inspirational books, whatever your interest may be.
Reading sharpens the mind, so reading a book every morning sharpens your mind for the day.
