How to avoid mouth odour in the morning.

After a stressful day we are all expected to sleep and rest. Averagely, we are expected to sleep for 6 hours per night. Within this six hours of sleep we don't talk neither do we eat or drink, that can cause serious mouth odour.

But there is a costless way to avoid this.

CAUSES
* over use of tooth brush- most people use a tooth brush for over one month without changing it, that can contribute to mouth odour
* Improper brushing- most people brush their mouth wrongly
* Inconsistency in brushing our mouth- some people brush their mouth only once or not at all. 

SOLUTIONS
* It is advisable to change our toothbrush at least every three weeks of use
* We are expected to brush up-down and also brush our tongue very well also
* We are expected to brush our mouth before we go to bed (after eating dinner) and in the morning. That is, at least twice a day
* It is also advisable to visit your dentist at least twice a year.
We are expected to take care of our body properly because health is wealth.
