Your brain is the most important organ in your body but did you know that some foods we eat have negative effects on it? They impact your memory and mood and increasing the risk of dementia ( which is a term used to some health conditions with characteristics like memory failure, language, problem-solving which can affect your ability to perform daily tasks.
You can help reduce the risk by cutting certain foods out of your diet. Below is a list of foods that can dangerously affect your memory negatively:
