Health Tips: Sleeping with Garlic under your Pillow will make you Sleep well and Wake up Stronger

Everyone knows Garlic. Some like it because of its health benefits while others don't like it because of it's smell.
What if I tell you that Garlic is being used by many to sleep well at night and to wake up stronger in the morning. You don't believe me, join me as I share how it works.
1. Garlic helps to improve sleeping patterns:
Garlic contains sulfur compounds which works with the aroma from the garlic to give a calming effect that improves sleeping quality. At first, you might find the odour offensive but I believe that if it works for you, you would get used to the odour.
2. You wake up stronger:
When you sleep well with little stress, you wake up stronger. This is one of the reasons putting garlic under your bed is recommended. It even has a positive effect on physical performance as garlic helps recharge your energy levels for the next day.
3. It chases mosquitoes away and figure bacteria:
Mosquitoes hate the aroma of garlic. Once they perceive it around, they run away. When the heat that comes from your body reaches the garlic, an aroma generates which permeates the air around your pillow. This aroma comes with Zinc in particular which fights of bacteria around.
4. It's the first thing you eat when you wake up in the morning:
Please note, don't eat the garlic you put under your pillow. Throw that one away and eat a fresh one.
It has been proven that when you eat at least one clove of garlic a day on an empty stomach, it helps you combat sickness and boost your immune system. Studies also show that the supplement in garlic supplementation have a significant impact in reducing blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. Garlic also improves cholesterol levels, which may lower the risk of having a heart disease.

Is it harmful:
It is not harmful but don't leave it for too long. Change it daily. When expecting visitors, change your bedsheets just incase they find the odour offensive.
